Two big sales at Paramount Antique Mall and Paramount Marketplace in Wichita are sure to keep you busy as you try to lose those pesky holiday pounds.

The stores’ “Shop Your Turkey Off Sale” takes place Dec. 1-2, when shoppers receive 10%-30% off throughout the store; the first 100 guests in the door on Black Friday will receive a special gift.

The deals are back starting on Dec. 13 for the stores’ annual Christmas Sale, where shoppers can once again enjoy saving 10%-30%. Paramount’s Christmas Sale lasts until New Year’s Day.

The C.W. Parker Carousel Museum’s tradition of selling cost-effective gifts to the little elves in your family continues with its 19th Annual Children’s Small Mall, Dec. 7-8 at the museum in Leavenworth.

Children ages 3-13 can buy a variety of $5-$7 gifts for their loved ones; this is the 19th year for the event. Shoppers can stick around for a free carousel ride as well.
